The Baby Banknotes of 1890 – Without Triangles

Printed By the American Bank Note Company on unwatermarked soft porous paper.
Perforated 12 – Flat Plate – 200 Subject Plates (The 1¢ and 2¢ stamps were printed on 400 subject plates).
These stamps were issued on Feb. 22, with the exception of the four and five cent stamps which were not issued until June 2. The eight cent stamp was not issued until March 21, 1893.
